Cancellation policy

The cancellation policy for birthday bookings states that a non-refundable deposit of 100 KD is required to secure the booking. If a cancellation is made at least one week prior to the birthday, a 50% refund of the total payment will be provided. However, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than one week before the event or in the case of a no-show.
