Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booking time are eligible for a full refund or a one-time rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours before the booking time.
