Cancellation policy

For cancellations made more than one week before the event date, customers are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made less than one week before the event, 25% of the initial 50% deposit collected at the time of booking will be retained. In the event that any expenses have already been incurred in preparation for the event, these will also be deducted from the refund.
