Cancellation policy

For birthday bookings, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event. For station bookings (e.g., charm stations, workshops, etc.), cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event. Refunds will only be provided for items or services that have not yet been prepared or incurred. Any custom or pre-prepared elements are non-refundable.
